Mohammed is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. He has more than thirty-nine years of experience in public accounting, advisory, quality control “peer review”, finance advisory, and assurance practice. He has hands on experience in the educative management of big operation industries with Global International Groups in Egypt, MENA, KSA and other GCC regions.

Khaled has over fourteen years of professional accounting, business, auditing and compliances skills under the International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.

During his career, he managed and supervised multiple engagements concurrently adhering to IFRS, ISA and other regulations; US Security Commission, Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and Qatar central bank regulations, in addition to conversion projects under the new IFRS (9, 10, 15 and 16) and reporting on the internal audit environments and controls effectiveness. He is also an expert in auditing and advisory clients’ financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standard (GAAS).

Azmi has over twenty years of professional experience in the field of tax advisory in the governmental sector, of which half of his commitment was spent in head level positions providing tax services to clients within many sectors such as the financial and investment, banking, services and NGOs sectors.

Azmi was a taxation auditor at the Income and Sales Tax Department filling many positions; his last one was the Head of Follow-up and Collection Section at the Large Taxpayers Directorate. His extensive experience as an auditor covered a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to data migration, evaluating products according to financial regulations, the collection and analysis of financial data and tax return and payment processing.

Azmi also has proven managerial and educative experience, including a range of supervisory work within various areas of auditing; and the supervision and training of employees and the provision of courses relevant to a continued professional development in taxation auditing.
