Khaled has over fourteen years of professional accounting, business, auditing and compliances skills under the International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
During his career, he managed and supervised multiple engagements concurrently adhering to IFRS, ISA and other regulations; US Security Commission, Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and Qatar central bank regulations, in addition to conversion projects under the new IFRS (9, 10, 15 and 16) and reporting on the internal audit environments and controls effectiveness. He is also an expert in auditing and advisory clients’ financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standard (GAAS).
Khaled served various sectors, such as financial services, asset management (Hedge Funds offshore onshore), heath care, power and utilities, banking and capital markets (Offshore Banks and Trusts), real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, financial institutions, telecommunications, airplane (flights) catering, dredging, contracting and non-for-profit organizations. He is also expert in financial statements, business restructures, board of directors’ consultancies, financial manager services and Private family business audit, advises to management in relation to policies and procedures, business re‐organization, liquidity solvency.
Khaled currently oversees the audit department for PKF Jordan & PKF Iraq where he reviews and monitors the audit department work in accordance with PKF standards.
Khaled is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of New Hampshire.
